Improve your chances of getting the most coveted seats on the beach by booking your beach chair reservation as soon as you agree to the house rules and receive your code!
Let us know if you wish to have your refrigerator stocked with groceries or beer, wine or other beverages prior to your arrival.

How to Access the Property and Unit

Upon check in, you will be provided with four (4) key fobs

Tap key fobs on the number plate to access the parking garage or unlock building doors

Use the 7 digit code provided to enter the individual condo unit
04
Swipe key fobs before 11 a.m. on beach chair map through pool gate to avoid lost or less favorable beach chair reservation on following days
05
Door codes will begin working at check in and will not work after 10 a.m. on checkout
06
Lost key fobs will be billed at $75 per fob

Where to Discard Trash
There is a designated trash chute behind a labeled door on each floor. Large boxes need to be taken to the dumpster at the front of the property.

Reminder of Property Rules & Departure Instructions
- No renters under the age of 25 or pets allowed
- No smoking
- No parties
- Three-bedroom units have a max occupancy of 8. Our four-bedroom unit sleeps up to 10.
- Do NOT leave balcony doors open while A/C is on or you will freeze the unit and require emergency repair service (a $500 fee)
- Leave bedroom doors open as much as possible to allow maximum air flow
- Makeup wipes and black wash cloths are provided for makeup (damaged towels will be billed at $25/towel and $15/washcloth)
- Please remove all trash from the unit before departure, start the dishwasher, and wash and dry only the colored beach towels (white linens will be taken by the cleaning staff)
- Text Trena or Amanda if possible upon departure
